Tester Poker
We need to strengthen our poker development team with a tester that has a good eye for securing quality in our products. Location of the position is in Växjö, Sweden.
The poker products are a vital part of our product offering and needs to be tested from many different views. The poker client need to be GUI-tested, the backoffice part needs to be integration tested and the product need to support high performance loads.
The testing team consists of testers (Swedish and offshore) in functional teams, a Swedish System Test team and Swedish performance tester.
You work in smaller teams where you will have a big responsibility but you will also work in the bigger test group to make sure we have the right quality.
We are looking for a person who is interested in testing and who is ready to take on the challenge to work with our product.
We think you have a university degree in software development or similar and a few years of work experience as a tester in technically challenging development projects.
You should have a genuine interest in software development, good understanding of development processes and have a big quality focus.
On a personal level we think that you enjoy working independently and in teams. You are meticulous, taking responsibilities, driving with good prioritizing skills and with a structured thinking.
You are excellent in expressing yourself in English in written and oral communication.
Competence profile:
• Experience of testing in larger system development projects
• Big interest in testing philosophy and testing strategies
• Experience from different work processes and especially agile and scrum
• Experience in working with distributed teams
• Experience from online Poker is advantageous
• SQL knowledge is advantageous
• Experience from HP Quality Center, jira, svn is advantageous
• Basic Unix/Linux knowledge is advantageous
